Barrel Buddies

2026 Ground Rules and Clarification:

Membership Taken Through SaddleBook

Membership is required to receive points for year-end!

However, Membership is not required to run in Jackpots!

​

​All Jackpots count for Barrel Buddies year-end awards.

 

Entries, draws, and results through SaddleBook.

 

You are encouraged to pre- enter the night before each race before 7:00 pm to be in the draw. Please pay when you enter, Any entries not paid by 12:00 PM the day of the race will not be in the draw!!

No refunds are given once the race has started. (You may still run if you pre-enter and arrive late; you must pay before you run!)

If you pre-enter and are not there when you draw up, you will automatically move to the end of the race.

If the timer fails, you have the option of an entry fee refund or re-run at the end of the race! 

 

Time Only Barrels will be before the Jackpot - limited to 75 and are sold through SaddleBook.  $5.00 each

 

Time-only entries will be taken on SaddleBook

Race Starts at 7:00 pm:

• Youth 3D $25, 14 years & under as of 1/1/25 1-D Fastest time, 2-D fastest time plus 1 second, 3-D fastest time plus 2 seconds. If there are less than 5 entries, the class will be a 2-D.

• 4D Barrels $35 1-D Fastest Time, 2-D Fastest Time Plus ½ second, 3-D Fastest Time Plus 1 second, 4-D Fastest Time Plus 2 seconds.

 

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE PAID BY NOON on Race day TO BE IN THE DRAW

30%  DRAW OUT OF ENTRIES ONCE THE DRAW HAS BEEN POSTED

IF YOU PAY BY VENMO, DO NOT INCLUDE ANY INFO THAT SAYS BARREL BUDDIES RACE OR JACKPOT.​

Just put the date or class(open or youth) IF VENMO CHARGES ME A FEE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

THAT FEE.  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RUN UNTIL ITS PAID

KNOCKING OVER A BARREL WILL RESULT IN NO TIME AND NO POINTS.

 

Points for Open & Youth Barrels through 6th place in each division:

 

1st Place  6 Points                                  4th Place 3 Points
2nd Place 5 Points                                  5th Place 2 Points

3rd Place  4 Points                                  6th Place 1 Point
